Every plan includes a content plan each month, two drafts of each post to choose from, your approval each week, and scheduling by us. The plans differ in how often you post and how much we do around the posts.

The founding rate is an offer for our first 10 clients whose subscriptions start by December 31, 2026. The offer ends when those 10 places are taken or on that date, whichever comes first. After that, new clients pay the prices above from their first month.

We take on 12 plan clients at a time. When all 12 places are taken, new clients join a waitlist.

Comments and replies are drafts for you to post. If you’d rather we post them, we do it by hand inside your account, with your written authorization (see how posts go out, below).

More than Signature

If you need more than Signature, tell us on a free 15-minute Discovery Call. We’ll talk through how often you want to post, how much you want us to do, and for how long. Then we’ll tell you plainly what it costs.

How it starts

We start with a free 15-minute Discovery Call with Donna Morgan, our Relationship Manager, to work out which plan fits, or whether you need something different. If you already know, you can start a plan with the buttons above, and we email you within one business day to set up your voice interview.

How you approve posts

You approve each week’s posts in your client account at app.profilepresence.com, and you can pull any post before it goes out. In your first month, we schedule a post only after you say yes. After that, a post you haven’t changed by its review deadline goes out as planned. We hold any post that names an employer, a client or a colleague, or cites a figure, until you say yes.

How posts go out

Approved posts go out through Buffer, a scheduling tool you connect to your own LinkedIn account; we set it up with you on a short call at the start. If you’d rather we post for you, we do it by hand inside your account, with your written authorization. The authorization notes that LinkedIn’s terms restrict account sharing. A login is never asked for or sent by email or chat; it lives only in a password manager.
