Profile Presence

Frequently asked questions

What does Profile Presence do?

We keep your LinkedIn presence active every week, in your voice. We start with a voice interview and a refresh of your profile, then plan your posts with you, draft them, and schedule them once you approve them. The aim is visibility: the people who matter to your work see you regularly, saying what you would say.

Who is it for?

Executives, founders, coaches and consultants, and companies that want their LinkedIn page active every week.

Who writes my posts?

Dana Wang, our Client Director, runs your account day to day: the voice interview, the weekly drafts and the conversations around them. Taylor Morgan, our Managing Director, sets your positioning and strategy and signs off the work every week.

How do approvals work?

You approve each week’s posts in your client account, and you can pull any post before it goes out. In your first month, we schedule a post only after you say yes. After that, a post you haven’t changed by its review deadline goes out as planned. We hold any post that names an employer, a client or a colleague, or cites a figure, until you say yes.

What is Buffer, and why do you use it?

Buffer is a scheduling tool. You connect it to your own LinkedIn account on a short call with us at the start, signing in to LinkedIn yourself, and your approved posts go out from it on schedule.

Do you work inside my LinkedIn account?

Only if you ask us to and authorize it in writing. Posts can go out through Buffer, which you connect yourself. If you’d rather we post, comment or reply for you, we do it by hand inside your account, with your written authorization. The authorization notes that LinkedIn’s terms restrict account sharing. A login is never asked for or sent by email or chat; it lives only in a password manager.

Can you promise followers, leads or engagement?

No. Reach depends on LinkedIn and on your audience, so we don’t promise numbers. We promise the work: posts in your voice, on the schedule your plan sets, approved by you.

How long do I commit for?

Three months, then month to month. Our first 10 clients whose subscriptions start by December 31, 2026 get the founding rate: 40% off for their first 12 months, then 20% off for the next 12. The prices are on the plans page.

What is the Kickoff?

A one-time start: a voice interview, a refresh of your LinkedIn profile, and a content plan for your first month of posts. It’s the start every plan includes, offered on its own. The price is on the plans page.

Do you run company pages?

Yes. We write and schedule posts for company LinkedIn pages, approved by you each week. We scope each page on a call and quote it then.
